I found this watch in the duty free section of the inflight catalog on Quantas Airlines whilst returning from Austalia. Fortunately for me they were out of stock on my flight and I was able to purchase from Amazon for a lot less money. I've only owned my Odin's Rage Binary watch for a couple days now and its a great watch. I've got no problems reading the time setting although the date does take a little getting used to. To read the time you must press the "A" button and the time illuminates for approximately five seconds which is ample time to see the three red dots and then interpret what you saw. It's much like the old cross check drill I did with students when I was an Air Force instuctor pilot. The date illuminates as many as four dots and the interpretation is just a tiny bit tougher as it also only illuminates for five seconds.

I do not see any bothersome glare on the watch face similar to what one reviewer complained of. It's shiny, polished glass but there is no glare. The case is a burnished metal finish, the back is stainless steel. It uses a 2032 battery which is available in any supermarket should you feel like changing your own battery. The owner's manual recommends sending it to The One for battery change. I plan to use a local jeweler for that purpose. The band is a nice, thick black leather and it has an expensive look to it. All in all this is a great watch that is quite a conversation piece. About all it lacks is a sweep second hand. It's also water resistant to 3 atm (about 100 feet) although I do not plan to test that function. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

It took a bit of getting used to, as it does not have any markings whatsoever. It is really cool, and really geeky, which is what I was going for when I bought it.

I love it, and have had several compliments in the short time I have owned it.

I saw this watch and immediately knew it was for me. The design is slick and sleek, very artsy. The colors work well together and the whole package is an art piece for any and every watch enthusiast.

I can wear it with jeans and vans and with a suit and tie. And wearing it out is the fun part as it most definitely IS a conversation piece, you cannot avoid it...I cannot count how many times I have been asked 'where did you get that watch?'.

Just to play fair I will throw the price in as a negative ( a nice Kenneth Cole can be bought for 100.00 less) and it does take awhile to get used to reading the time and the date, YES, it has a date feature too!

It's a very masculine, retro looking piece of art that functions (actually works) too and I have found it to be right on in the accuracy department. So, if you do not mind shelling out a little bit of doe for a MUST HAVE for any stylist, collector or gadget guru, this 01 is THE ONE. Definitely a man's watch as the style is 100% manly, certainly NOT feminine! A great gift for that person who has everything and a guaranteed thank you for years to come! Or, be like me and just buy it for yourself and let everyone else gawk at how truly 'cool' it is.
